Fedor vs Aoki Video Exhibition Match! (GIFs too!)
Monday, May 4th, 2009Well here it is folks! The video of Fedor and Aoki during an exhibition match. A few kicks and punches were thrown, but they were used as set ups to get to the clinch and weren’t to actually inflict damage. Some nice high velocity takedowns, some light submission attempts, and plenty of scrambles. One can equate it to a sparring match at best. Entertaining to say the least.
A lot of criticism has been launched towards Fedor for this exhibition. Fedor fights for Affliction currently and no other MMA organization, so at present is limited to fighting when they put on their cards. To keep busy he does Combat Sambo. It seems he likes to keep busy in between fights, and should not be faulted for it. Many people mistakenly thought this to be a legitimate match, and it was SOLELY for exhibition and don in fun.
So stop getting yer panties bunched up ya nancies!
